Equipment Repair Service Department

We service all brands that we sell.  This includes Kubota, Scag, Walker, Altoz, Stinger, Classen, Echo and Stihl. Our service technicians are factory trained and certified to fix your machine right the first time. They have engine, electrical, and hydraulic training, plus the ability to perform anything from basic maintenance to major structural repairs.

We are now making hydraulic hoses on site.  Whether you need a hydraulic hose for a machine purchased here or any brand machine out there, stop by and let us custom make a hose to your specifications.

If you cannot haul your piece of equipment into our shop, we can send someone out to pick it up for you. We also have equipment to rent while your equipment is in the shop.  Call or stop by to check out pricing and availability.

All Service work conducted by Riddle Tractor carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor from the date the repair was completed unless otherwise specified in writing.

Manufacturer Warranty Policy is set by the manufacturer and covers manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the period specified in their specific warranty policy.  It does not cover damage caused by neglect or abuse.

Riddle Tractor will strive to get items covered under the manufacturer warranty when applicable.  Should the manufacturer deem a repair to not be covered by their warranty, it is the customers’ responsibility to pay the repair bill.

Once informed that service work is complete, customers will have 14 days to pick up their equipment before incurring a $15/day storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.  If, after 90 days, the equipment has not been picked up and the bill has not been paid, Riddle Tractor will assume that customer no longer wants the equipment, will consider the equipment abandoned, and will legally be able to take possession of said equipment.
Loaner mowers, when available, will be provided to commercial customers with mowers in for WARRANTIED repairs.  Rental mowers and other equipment, when available, can be rented at the posted rental rates.
